Kurt Sorschak: President and Chief Executive Officer, Director Kurt Sorschak: Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Sorschak co-founded Xebec Adsorption Inc., and developed it from a local compressed air and gas dryer manufacturer into an internationally active gas purification company. He played an important role in establishing strong relationships with different universities and laboratories in Canada and the United States of America, for the development of innovative gas purification and liquefaction technologies. In 2008, he became the sole director of Xebec China, which serves the Chinese and Asian/Pacific market with gas purification and filtration equipment. From 2004 to 2007, he was the General Manager of the Canadian division of Domnick Hunter’s air dryer manufacturing facility, at that time the largest adsorption dryer plant in North America. In 2005, he became the General Manager for the Xebec division of Parker-Hannifin Corporation, a U.S. based multinational, after Parker-Hannifin Corporation bought Domnick Hunter Ltd. In June 2007, he bought the Xebec division from Parker-Hannifin through a management buy-out transaction with two other partners. Mr. Sorschak also worked in different managerial capacities in Europe. He obtained an Associate Degree from the American University in Paris, France, in 1982, and a Masters of Law Degree from the University of Munich, Germany, in 1988.

Ginette Gagné: President and Chief Executive Officer, Director Ginette Gagné: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Gagné joined Xebec in April, 2010 in the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gagné has more than 20 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and international management experience. Prior to joining Xebec, Ms. Gagné held the position of CFO at CryoCath Technologies, a publicly traded, Montreal based company which was acquired by a multinational in 2009. Ms. Gagné has also held various financial executive roles including eight years with Boston Scientific Corporation as V.P. of the Intercontinental Business and later as V.P. Finance for Europe. As part of the role, Ms. Gagné was a member of the European Executive Committee.

Andrew Graham Hall: Vice President, Sales and Business Development Andrew Graham Hall: Vice President, Asia Pacific Operations

Prior to its merger with Xebec, Mr. Hall was President and CEO of QuestAir. Since joining QuestAir in 2001, Mr. Hall held a number of positions including Vice President, Sales and Business Development, and Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Prior to joining the QuestAir, Mr. Hall held process engineering positions in the mining industry with Teck Cominco Limited and with Gold Fields of South Africa Ltd. Mr. Hall holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town, a MASc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA degree from the London Business School.

Dr. Daryl Musselman, P.Eng.: Vice President, Engineering and Technology DevelopmentDr. Daryl Musselman, P.Eng.: Vice President, Engineering andTechnology Development

Prior to its merger with Xebec, Dr. Musselman was Vice President of Engineering for QuestAir, where he managed a team of engineers and technologists responsible for the engineering of commercial products and the development of new products. Dr. Musselman began working with QuestAir in 2003 as a consultant while owning and operating local product development and manufacturing companies. Dr. Musselman is currently a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia and was previously registered in Ontario where he worked in the automotive industry for a major OEM, and then as a Senior Design Engineer on a number of high profile vehicle designs and product developments for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Dr. Musselman holds a BASc. and a MASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario.

John Fyfe: DirectorJohn Fyfe: Vice President Sales and Marketing

Mr. Fyfe joined Xebec in January 2010 as Vice President Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Xebec, Mr. Fyfe held senior executive sales roles within Parker Hannifin Ltd., where he was responsible for marketing and business development. John was also responsible for the development of new international markets and establishing global alliances with 3rd party distributors and key OEM partners. In addition to Parker Hannifin Ltd., Mr. Fyfe worked for Babcock Power and GEC Alsthom where he was involved in the commissioning and project management of large scale power plants in the UK, Zimbabwe, India and China. Mr. Fyfe holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland and an MBA from Durham University Business School.

Penny Peroff: DirectorMs. Penny Peroff : Director, Human Resources

Ms. Penny Peroff joined Xebec in November 2009 as Director, Human Resources and assumes leadership of both the strategic and operational aspects of the human resources department.  Ms. Peroff is responsible for the elaboration and roll-out of all strategies and solutions required to attract, develop and retain the best company talent, while ensuring consistency and stability in the deployment of the company’s HR initiatives.  Prior to joining Xebec Adsorption, Ms. Peroff held several management positions in the human resources field, notably with Bell Québec, Groupe CGI, Reitmans Canada and Drakkar Human Resources. Ms. Peroff holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management.
