Xebec Adsorption Inc. announces Asset Purchase

BLAINVILLE, Canada, June 15, 2007 – Xebec Adsorption Inc. announced today, that effective June 1st 2007 it has entered into a definitive agreement whereby it has acquired substantially all the assets of Xebec Inc.

Xebec Adsorption Inc. will continue to focus on supplying special engineered adsorption solutions to its existing and expanding customer bases in its efforts to increase their productivity and profitability. The company will maintain its environmentally-responsible commitment as it continues to service the adsorption dryer, compressor, natural gas and other industries reliant on the supply of products for air treatment.

Xebec Adsorption will also retain its welding capabilities, as well as maintain its engineering resources and fabrication facilities.
