SUPERVISOR
Director, Compressed Air Division

OBJECTIVE
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for developing its territory and selling complete equipment such as our Air Dryers and range of molded and manufactured filters in addition to all our Aftermarket products. He will also be responsible for promoting the service on our equipment and others.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong and adequate distribution network, as directed by its division, to represent Xebec across its territory.

RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Visit customers to maintain business and find new business opportunities;

  • Develop new potential customers;

  • Develop new distributors in strategic locations on its territory and maintain its distribution network;

  • Responsible for promoting the service on our equipment and other products;

  • Participate in campaigns and strategies to promote the sale of products and services;

  • Implement the Xebec business strategy that will achieve its annual profitability and sales objectives;

  • Ensure the overall satisfaction of customers;

  • maintain a visit and sales report;

  • Follow up with all the tenders and prospects of the territory that will be assigned to him;

  • Develop brand awareness in the filtration and adsorption market;

  • Develop brand awareness in the filtration and adsorption market;

  • Represent Xebec at trade shows and conferences.

Job Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role;

  • Sales experience in the field of compressed air, air filtration and gases (an asset);

  • Knowledge of MS Office;

  • Bilingual, French and English (spoken and written);

  • Ability to overcome objections and approach potential clients;

  • Be proactive in the demands and needs of customers;

  • Have excellent sales skills with a very good ability to communicate;

  • Have a proven prospecting technique;

  • Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic;

  • Ability to work independently;

  • Available for traveling (within a defined territory and over);

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a recent vehicle in order.
